New Israeli Chief of Staff Accepted Honor at Miami Area Synagogue

Israeli Maj. Gen. Benny Gantz, whose appointment as his country’s military chief of staff was unanimously approved Sunday by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Cabinet, once opened the Ark housing the Shul of Bal Harbour’s Torah scrolls.
