Cured of Heart Condition, 30-Year-Old Undergoes Circumcision

According to 30-year-old Igor Bargo, who recently underwent a late-in-life circumcision at the Ohr Avner Chabad Day School in Vinnitza, Ukraine, a heart ailment miraculously disappeared after he resolved to undergo the procedure.
