Shani Azimov just turned three.
A little girl's third birthday drew a large crowd to the Chabad-Lubavitch Jewish Center of Northern Cyprus, where Shani Azimov lit Shabbat candles for the first time.
Shani's parents, Rabbi Chaim Hillel and Devorah Leah Azimov, direct the Chabad House in Kyrenia, and invited the entire Jewish community to stay with them for the Friday evening and Saturday celebration.
After Shabbat, they handed out candle-lighting kits to the guests. ...
