Fresh-baked kosher challahs are now available for delivery each week in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

After assessing demand among those Jewish residents and visitors who are unable to make it to the local Chabad House for Shabbat, Rachel Hartman, co-director of Chabad-Lubavitch of Vietnam, increased her weekly batch of traditional loaves by 12 kilograms.

According to Hartman, she seized on the idea as a way to make it easier for people to bring the spirit of the holy day into their homes. …
