The Jewish community of Toronto’s Maple and Richmond Hill neighborhoods will gather for the Jan. 18 grand opening of the new 10,000-square-foot home of Chabad-Lubavitch of Richmond Hill.

A new Torah scroll will be welcomed during the celebration at the center, which is more than three times the size of the center’s previous location, which co-directors Rabbi Mendel and Toby Bernstein rented for six years.
