Chabad-Lubavitch of Thailand is running a Jewish retreat next week for the many Israelis who pass through its doors on any given day.

Run by Rabbi Nechemya Wilhelm, co-director of Chabad-Lubavitch of Bangkok, the retreat has enlisted the support of Israeli inspirational speaker Rabbi Moshe Braverman.

Braverman, who gives lectures to soldiers and university students in Israel, will teach many of the retreat’s classes. A key feature of the event will be the Chabad House’s trademark late-night farbrengens – spiritually uplifting gatherings featuring the singing of Chasidic melodies. …
