German prosecutors added a manslaughter charge against the 22-year-old German of Afghan descent suspected in the Sept. 7 knifing of Rabbi Zalman Gurevitch, co-director of Chabad-Lubavitch of Frankfurt, the Associated Press reported.

The suspect, who allegedly shouted “I’m going to kill you” before stabbing Gurevitch in the stomach, sending him into emergency surgery at the hospital, already faced charges of causing dangerous bodily harm and invasion of privacy.
