Susanne Marten-Finnis is a Professor of Applied Linguistics (Emerita) at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Portsmouth. Her academic career began with a PhD in Applied Linguistics at the University of Tübingen. In her publications, Susanne has helped to unveil the multilingual Jewish press landscape in the European countries of former Jewish residency and migration.
