The Essence of Teshuvah

Naftali Rothenberg is the rabbi and spiritual leader of Har Adar, a Jerusalem suburb, and a senior research fellow at the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute (since 1994). His main fields of interest are: the wisdom of love; democratic education; halakha and state. Rabbi Rothenberg is a visiting associate in the programs of law and religion, and love in religion in Regent’s Park College in Oxford University. He has published numerous articles and 12 books. Naftali Rothenberg is the 2011 laureate of the Liebhaber Prize for the encouragement of religious tolerance in Israel.
