Olive Dip Ingredients
1 Cup of green pitted olives (with pimentos)
½ Cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp. black pepper
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into the food processor.
Chop on high for about a minute.
Serves about 8 people.
For larger amounts adjust accordingly.
Pesto Dip Ingredients
3 Bunches of fresh basil
1 Cup oil ½ Cup white vinegar
Lots of fresh garlic
Salt and pepper for taste
Instructions
Wash, soak and drain the basil leaves.
Throw all of your ingredients into a blender.
And blend until smooth.
Pesto is a great dip for Challah and vegetables.
It can also be used as a great dressing for chicken, turkey, and fish.
