Dill Dip Ingredients

1 Bunch of fresh dill
1 ½ Cups Mayonnaise
Juice a half a lemon
1/8 Cup sugar or taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix in food processor

Can be served as a delicious dip for challah, as an accompaniment to fish, and as a dressing for salads.

Chumus Ingredients

15-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for serving
2 tablespoons fresh lemon
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste; optional)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon paprika

In food processor, puree the chickpeas and garlic with olive oil, lemon juice, tahini (optional), cumin, and salt until smooth and creamy.
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water as necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
Transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
