I think the book/essay that people are asking about in the comments (mentioned in this talk from about 35 minutes into the video) is "On the Essence of Chassidus" עִנְיָנָהּ שֶׁל תּוֹרַת הַחֲסִידוּת

It won't let me post the link, but it's on The Rebbe.org part of the Chabad website and then you select wisdom & teachings > books and talks > on the essence of Chassidus

I hope this helps! Reply

There is darkness around. Wake up the morning is to shine with light of mitzvahs and Torah learning and move into and within darkness in the world, which will dispel with those actions. Have faith in Him and let His light shine through. How else will Redemption come upon?

Sleep in prayer and forgiveness. When 60/1 sleep comes. G-d will welcome us as concerned father in the dream seeing his merchant son after years and ask did you bring any debt home. In other words, He will check hope you did not make the world a darker place by not measuring up to His standards of integrity or Torah. Once he knows there is no debt home, there will be other things to discuss about the journey. Reply
