Ingredients:
- 1 lb. (450 grams) ground turkey
- 1 sweet potato, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- Salt
- Pepper
- ½ onion, diced
- ½ bunch parsley, minced
- Olive oil
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients (except the oil) together.
- Wet your hands and roll into evenly-sized balls.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
- Pan fry the meatballs for two minutes on each side to create a golden crust.
- Transfer the meatballs to the oven and cook another 5-6 minutes.
