Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. (450 grams) ground turkey
  • 1 sweet potato, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ½ onion, diced
  • ½ bunch parsley, minced
  • Olive oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except the oil) together.
  2. Wet your hands and roll into evenly-sized balls.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  4. Pan fry the meatballs for two minutes on each side to create a golden crust.
  5. Transfer the meatballs to the oven and cook another 5-6 minutes.
