What happens if the gentile dies in middle of Passover? Reply

If the non-Jew had children, they automatically inherit the chametz from him, and it can then be bought back from them. If there are no children to inherit the chametz, then it becomes "hefker" (ownerless) and the Jew can then reclaim ownership after Passover. Reply
