Yes every soul needs to fulfill all the Mitzvot in one one lifetime or another to achieve total oneness. Reply

Holiness allows us to see G-d. If fulfillment of the mitzvot is holiness and Moshiach comes before having fulfilled all the mitzvot will the soul be holy? Reply
