Jacob J. Ross is Emeritus Professor in the Philosophy Department of Tel-Aviv University where he has taught since 1969. He received Rabbinic training at Ponivezh Yeshiva, in Bnei-Barak. He has written three books and some fifty research articles on general and Jewish philosophy. He also served as Deputy Principal at the former Jews’ College in London between 1963 and 1968.
