Colel Chabad, founded in 1788 by the first Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi, is the oldest continuously operating charity in Israel. This speech was recorded on the 200th anniversary of the passing of R' Shneur Zalman.
