Thank you Jill! Looking forward to seeing you in Florida. My Book, Awesome Aging is about to be launched. It is all about making the Third Act spectacular - through spirituality, emotional intelligence, focus, meditation, healthy lifestyle and cultivating wonderful relationships. I am sure you you will have some good marketing tips for us as well. Reply

understanding that we are so blessed It is true, making all those blessing every day does put the emphasis on happiness not despair. My grandmother was given a hard life but she prayed every day. My mother who rarely prayed was very negative and when bad things happened she fell apart. So staying focused on God and the underpinnings behind reality makes life easy to bear. Just the knowledge that we can return to God at the end of our lives makes death cease to exist.

Thanks for the uplifting lecture. Good for you, turning to God instead of drugs and descent into darkness. God bless you too. Reply
