Dear Frumma,

Your talk this morning was an answer to my prayers. I was praying about a conversation with a dear friend that will take place tonight at 5:15. Praying for Peace as we address sensitive topics. Praying that the meditation of our hearts and the words of our mouths would be pleasing to G-d.
Great job applying the scriptures. Lisa 👍 Reply

re: barry wicksman Mindfulness is a concept, not particular to any religion. It's found in both Judaism and Buddhism. Reply

and Christianity....Mindfulness exists as a concept within all major world religions, including Christianity. The Bible consistently exhorts us to exercise disciplined attentiveness to our minds and hearts, to set aside our attachment to ourselves, and to live in the awareness of God's moment-to-moment provision. Thanks Fruma, If I could hear you daily, I would be even happier to learn Torah. Could you reccommend an internet site? I have always felt very connected to Hashem but would like to be even more connected. Reply

A Peaceful Spirit It is amazingly wonderful the way you teach. So true everything you said. I am working towards that goal of becoming a more calm, trusting in Hashem, and surrendering everything to His Mercies. I have been changing a lot. Thank you so much. I wish I could just have your teachings so that I could listen to them. But if unavailable, every day I surrender all to Him Who Rules the World. Our Master and our King. Reply
