Disagree I watched the entirety of this and disagree with your conclusion. One major area you left out was a rotze’ach beshogeg. According to the Rambam, this is a positive obligation of the family member....and there is no judicial proceeding to establish this right. He must chase down the murderer. But, a rotze'ach b'mazid wouldnt have the same rights? Kal v'chomer. Reply
