I would like to thank you for your letter, and especially for the spirit in which it was written.
It is also my pleasant duty to express the great satisfaction I derived from the total access and assistance given to Chabad members visiting army bases, etc. in connection to our Purim and Passover campaigns.
And special thanks for the assistance provided which enabled us to visit those that are incarcerated in prison…
