One of the ten melodies composed by the Alter Rebbe. For many generations it has been the custom of the Lubavitcher Rebbe to sing this melody at the close of the Passover Seders, while pouring the wine from the cup of Elijah back into the decanter. The melody is divided into three short parts, similar to one another each sung progressively louder. It is a heartfelt declaration of thankfulness, spiritual satisfaction, and steadfast belief in the future redemption through the coming of the Messiah.
