Can you make one of these meditation recordings that help people do spiritual ascent/aliyah (like the way the Baal Shem Tov did etc) ? Reply

real Simchà :) Dear Rabbi,

thank you for these precious meditations. Listening to them and meditating on G-d and us and the Creation, first I felt small and quite afraid... A few hours later, peace and then joy came to me, real simchá and a desire for dancing and singing and praise our beloved and blessed G-d. Hopefully all people will feel this way and wait with great desire the coming of Moshiach. Thank you so so much... Reply

shema yisrael meditation Wow Thank you. This was absolutely wonderfull. Can you sit down and compile something on the rest of prayer? Funny enough we were saying at a shabbos shiur (class) before Rosh Hashana that this was what we wanted. A deeper understanding of what we were saying. Not just lip service but mind service as well. Thanks again. Reply

shema part 3 and 4 Last two words use the Havaya name again. From your 1 +1 video, the Havaya Name is explained really well. Now in the last two words we meditate on the Oneness, Echad, with the full meaning of the 'echad' letters, 1Unity, 7 Heavens, 4 worlds, or was it directions ? i'll have to go over it all again another time.
I enjoyed both the spiritual meaning and historical reference to Jacob in the Baruch Shem ... sentence.
Putting the Shema perspective from above alongside the within perspective of the Baruch shem ... makes for a fascinating meditation.
You do a great job of simplifying deep spiritual understandings. It doesn't mean that they are easy. But it is a real treat to get a reference perspective to practice upon, and get better at it.
Between the Moda Ani and the Shema there is a wealth of Jewish spirituality. i'll go back to them until i truly comprehend the full richness for saying them, meditating on them, and making practical use of them in my daily activities.
Many thanks. Reply
