This is a hard concept to understand but very rewarding to try to understand it. I understand this video when I watch it, but I have watched it several days in a row because I forget the message. I like this video and it gives me a very positive outlook, but during the day I try to think about it and I can't understand it anymore. I have really enjoyed coming back to watch the video. Reply

Meditation This must be a daily ritual for me because the mind and soul are opened up to the universe Ha'Shem. Reply

4 meditations on the I was able to sit calmly and comfortably in a very quiet place, knowing that the world of assiyah would not impinge on me with demands.

Oh, vey, it was like olam habah (the world to come), listening to the ideas of Rabbi Freeman, with soothing music in the background. I was grounded and very receptive, and I took a journey with him. It was so wonderful and illuminating.

thank you very much. Reply

Awareness Keeping the awareness of this secret each moment is the challenge it seems. Becoming the secret itself may help. Reply

In order to give one’s words wings with which they may fly, we endeavor to infuse them with meditative intentions. Learning to inspire prayer with meditation greatly enhances the experience and imbues it with enhanced meaning and reach. This series offers guided meditations appropriate to everyday prayer.
