What exactly are you singing/chanting? Reply

in response to Irene:

Sounds like "oheinu" which is saying "our G-d" but without saying the name of G-d. The entire word is E - l - oheinu. He probably avoids a name of G-d in case the person meditating has not done the blessings yet, to avoid using his name in vain. I am no rabbi so i could be wrong tho. Reply

Powerful meditation! Especially loved the art! Reply

In order to give one’s words wings with which they may fly, we endeavor to infuse them with meditative intentions. Learning to inspire prayer with meditation greatly enhances the experience and imbues it with enhanced meaning and reach. This series offers guided meditations appropriate to everyday prayer.
