It is absolutely a helpful message. Amazingly, the last days I was telling myself I want to be more and more righteous. And this message really enters into my very soul. Since I spend more time alone, now you guys share your brilliant idea that fulfills my soul hunger. Reply

I have always had a very loose interpretation of "Ahnee ve dohdee ve dohdee lee" to mean, If I am not for myself, who will be for me? So, following my interpretation, if one does not love one's self and keep one's self in the highest regard, no one else will do it for you or see you in that same light. Go on, love yourself with no inhibitions. It's good for the nefesh. Reply

this is certainly recommended throughout every original Religion and it is ''the golden Rule of Ethics'', that is possible to apply whenever one develops the ''Bodhichitta'' or ''Thought of Awakening''; Blessings. Reply
