In a world filled with stress and uncertainty, StressRX offers a refreshing approach to tranquility rooted in ancient Torah teachings yet profoundly relevant today.

Through a series of engaging presentations led by world-renowned experts in Torah and psychology, you’ll explore practical insights and strategies that empower you to navigate life’s challenges with calmness and serenity.

StressRX airs daily at 7pm Eastern / 4pm Pacific, from Sunday, Sept. 15, to Thursday, Sept. 19

Day 1: The Calm Within The Storm
September 15, 2024
In this presentation, we will explore the concept of menuchat hanefesh (inner peace) and learn how to find moments of tranquility rather than seeking constant calm. Day 2: Fear Alchemy: Transforming Anxiety into Purpose
September 16, 2024
What if your biggest fears held the key to your greatest achievements? Michal Oshman shares her personal experiences with fear and perfectionism and how she learned to navigate the overwhelming "too muchness" of modern life. In this presentation, we will learn how to replace the fear of failure with clarity and direction, and how to find joy and confidence amidst uncertainty.
Day 3: Conquering Social Anxiety
September 17, 2024
Uncover strategies to overcome social anxiety by cultivating joy, openness and vulnerability. Learn how to transform social settings into opportunities for personal growth, establish supportive relationships, and shift from fear to faith in navigating interpersonal challenges.
Day 4: Meditation for the Jewish Soul
September 18, 2024
Ever try meditation? If done correctly, it’s perfectly “kosher!” Join Rus Devorah Wallen for a mind-opening journey—and live demonstration—of Torah-approved mindfulness. Explore powerful breathing and meditation techniques that calm your body, settle your mind and nourish your soul.
Day 5: The Positive Pivot
September 19, 2024
Discover the power of positive thinking to reduce stress and cultivate optimism. Learn practical techniques to reframe situations positively, shift mindsets towards resilience, and embrace a stress-free lifestyle through the lens of positivity.
