About the shabos and koshrut and oher mitzvoth you mentioned: are they not included in last part of al chet?
For all sins we should recieved punishments by judges or Heaven
And those we need to bring sacrifices

You make a very good point. The point Rabbi Dubov is trying to make is not that they aren't mentioned at all, rather that we need to really focus on the details and specify those laws that we are more prone to transgress - i.e. interpersonal laws. Whereas Shabbat and Kashrut it is enough if we include them in the general transgressions mentioned after the Al Chet.

Samech I have not seen a reason brought for this specific instance, but in the prayer liturgy, and even as early as in Biblical texts, the two letters samech and sin are often interchangeable. Reply
