People Had No Idea I Was Donating a Kidney

How interesting. I am a Yehudis as well and we seem to have amazing similarities both in our active lives as well as in our relationship with the Rebbe. As a matter of fact, when I wrote my first book the Rebbe said he would contribute towards the printing expenses but in actuality practically got the entire book paid for. Reply

When I was 8 years old my mother at 31 years old went into kidney failure. There was no machines back then to cleans her system. so she was sent home to die. One day there was a knock on our door. A short man holding a plant bigger then him ask "Are you one of the twins whose mother is sick?" I said "Yes." He told me to go get my sister and younger brother because we were going to pray for our mom.
We did not go to this mans place of worship and he had us get down on our knees and then I saw him lift up his hands and say
loudly "Oh Hashem in heaven you know these children need their mother. We are asking you to raise her up from this sick bed to minister to this family!"
My mother was the first person in our State to live with this disease. She lived to 90 years of age. It was a miracle.
Those who knock on another door and give a kidney are also giving a miracle!
