Chapter 27 Tanya The internal dialogue of a man, is a constant battle...the mind sometimes just runs wild with thought...it's normal to shake off the bad thoughts, without that, a man can't properly gauge himself towards the good thoughts...if we keep our thoughts to ourselves we save a lot of face...we appear to be more stable...even when we are not...we appear to be happy and in control, but we are not...from time to time it me seem like we have our thoughts under control...but then it happens...a memory comes into play...and the mind tries to alter the past..and finally, the emotions are written on our faces...
