This resonates so much with me History has lots of mass movements that crashed and burned for three reasons. One is preaching that gets people excited, and peters out into demagoguery when the excitement wears off. Another is violent or criminal people who used the movement as a screen for their violence or crimes and discredited it. The third is punishing people for not paying attention let alone adopting the "new" system. To be part of a big thing we need to demonstrate it in our lives and get others to participate by individual example, not by preaching or mass demonstrations. Reply
