10 of 10. Knowing German, a couple of Slavic languages and a bit of Hebrew, the test is not a challenge at all. Though some Yiddish helps. :) Reply

Balagan is a Hebrew word tho ;-) not Yiddish

Thanks for the fun Reply

Anonymous Jerusalem October 24, 2018
in response to Neomi:

Actually, it is a Russian word that entered Hebrew during the 1st and 2nd aliyot, when many of the pioneers came to Eretz Yisrael from Russia and encountered a whole lot of balagan in their new lives ... Reply

Menachem Posner October 24, 2018
in response to Neomi:

Balagan came to Hebrew via Yiddish. As you can read in What Is the Meaning of "Balagan"? Yiddish-speakers got the word from their Slavic-speaking neighbors who took it from the Persians. Now, how is that for a balagan? Reply

i do not like the jar ones but i like the ones that are in a bag that you can boil or bake. Reply

Nadine King MEMPHIS January 17, 2022
in response to Esther:

If all that you can get is in the jar, pour just the gel into a pot, add carrots, onions, parsley and heat. Pour over the fish and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours.
If you buy the frozen loaf, remove the paper and place in pan. Add browned onions, parsley and
a can of tomato sauce and bake.
