Eliyohu Chaim Brach passed away on April 29 after a battle with COVID-19.

He was born into a home that prioritized the giving of charity and care for others. His father, Shlomo Brach, was a respected philanthropist.

Brach attended the Kashau yeshivah as a young man, and as an adult was a highly respected member of the Satmar Chassidic community in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Brach is survived by his wife, eight children and grandchildren.
