Rabbi Boruch Hersh Feder was a beloved elementary-school teacher for many years in the Skver community of Williamsburg in Brooklyn, N.Y., before his passing awawy on March 28 from COVID-19.
He is being remembered as a humble scholar with an encyclopedic knowledge of Torah and Chassidus.
