Betzalel Bertram of the Borough Park neighborhood of Brooklyn, N.Y., passed away on April 2 at the age of 70 after contracting COVID-19.

He was an owner of Bertram’s Foods, a family-owned business dedicated to widening the catalogue of kosher-food options since its inception in 1956.
