A devoted family man, Hillel Moshe was an “amazing personality,” wrote his granddaughter, Or Hillel. He passed away on March 25 as a result of pre-existing conditions exacerbated by COVID-19.

He was Israel’s fourth victim of the coronavirus. His wife, too, was hospitalized with COVID-19 at Sheba Medical Center in Ramat Gan.

“He always cared for his children and grandchildren, and wanted only the best for us. He always had a wide smile on his face, laughing and optimistic even in the bleakest of times,” she recalled.
