An electrical engineer and teacher, Shaul Farhi taught electrical engineering to many students over the years. He passed away on March 27 after contracting COVID-19.
His wife, Piki Flekser-Barak, recalls that “wherever we would go, we would meet his former students. They loved him so much, they’d say that without him they would have never finished their studies; he was the only teacher that they’d forever remember.”
He was a man who dedicated his life to his children to the utmost degree, and “more than his children, he loved his grandchildren,” noted his children. “He had a big heart, and taught his students in his unique and special way. More than all else, he loved to travel.”
