A Year in a Day

Spirituality, the terms 'day' and 'year' have no relation to our earthly meaning.
The Kabbalists define time as changes made in us for our spiritual development.
By joining together with a group of others aspiring to reach the qualities of G_dliness, we rise above our differences, feel as if all the member are part of myself so that I will treat and love them as myself. By such exercises we attract His light that corrects our egoistic qualities and we feel His presence of Love the 'shechina' between us.

In this way we hasten time spiritually. We accomplished a 'day's' progress which is a connection with the Light that corrected and connected us.
Alternatively, it would take a longer time as a 'year' or many more lifetimes, along the route of suffering to accomplish these changes if we do not work consciously for it. Reply

I will look forward to today. I know I wake up on park bench seeing lightning and hearing thunder so I hurry rolling up my mat and sleeping bag and I roll to the coffee shop to start my day with a vigorous approach thanks to the voice above. Reply

Life spoken, life unspoken Life is observed, life is lived. we live in the moment, moments pass, time passes. We choose to be good or we choose to be evil. All this is observed, some of it is spoken, some of it is not spoken. Can we mend that shattered vessel? Can we reach beyond words? Reply

In a reflection, you see just one side, not the entirety The entirety of the sun is not reflected in any droplet of water.

Only the side facing towards the earth is reflected in the droplet.

The side of the sun facing away from earth is not.

As a reflection of the sun seems to be the entirety, but is really just one side, so is the side of life reflected in your individual lifetime.

And in each of your years, you pass through what seems to be the entirety of your life, but is just one side. Reply

Hold on Hands, grasp the meaning of reality and the foundation of thought. As this is unity in work, that one constructs a dwelling in which to live and protects they who are close. So also is He that covers they who He loves. Hands are signals to what reside inside. As hands touch the creations and thoughts are formed. That each finger there is a purpose and its meaning of all the glory that He above reveals to who unity is granted. Each new day ten gifts all united on two hands as He above and you below. Live long and hold on to they that are near. Reply
