See below, sect. 119, that God is “concentrated,” as it were, in the Torah. “The Torah and the Holy One, blessed, is He, are entirely one,” as the Zohar states: “The Holy One, blessed is He, is called Torah.. and the Torah is but the Holy One, blessed is He” (II:60a); “the Torah is literally the Name of the Holy One, blessed is He.. and He and His Name are one” (ibid. 90b).
