My cousin of blessed memory, passed away from GSD about five or six years ago. His condition allowed him to live, but only with doses of a formula every couple hours. His parents forgot to give him the formula, and sadly, he did not survive.

He passed away three weeks after his Bar Mitzvah. The clip at the beginning shows part of his Bar Mitzvah speech. The subject was gratitude and saying Modeh Ani. His best friend made a song about this important message in Mendel's honor.

Hi Everyone! Thank you for taking time to look at this video.It means so much to the Cotlar Family. Every time I watch this video it makes me cry. My Aunt and Uncle (Mendel's Parents) really care about him and miss him he is so important to them.They are also trying to get people to do Mitzvos(Good Deeds) in his Memory ,Making projects in his Memory etc. They also wrote a Beautiful Sefer Torah (Torah Scroll) In memory of him. My Main Reason why I want Moshiach to come is that I want to see him. I cant beleive we lost him. He was such a sweet boy and a Roll Model For His Freinds,Siblings and Cousins. The Last Time I saw him was when his parents and baby were out his sister at a friends house and his brother in Yeshiva. He Invited us over to play with his Parrot ''Winstin'' and the last word he said to me was''Bye Rivka Thank You For Coming Hope To See You Soon''. I am Iyh'' going to Houston in July and I want to hear that you went to thankyoumendel.com. Thank You Reply
