Ingredients
- 12 oz. good quality white chocolate
- 1 cup chopped mixed dried fruit (for example: figs, dates, raisins, cranberries, apricots)
- Optional: chopped nuts
Directions
- Break up the chocolate and put the pieces in a microwave-safe bowl. Put the microwave on for 45 seconds. Take the bowl out, stir and put it back in for another 45 seconds. Continue microwaving in 45 second increments until chocolate is fully melted.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pour the white chocolate onto the paper and sprinkle the fruit and nuts over it.
- Put pan in the freezer until chocolate hardens.
- Crack the bark into pieces and keep it in the freezer until ready to eat.
