In my eyes, a lit menorah 🕎 is the most beautiful object. Thus, all that is related to menorah is beautiful.

I'm a bit confused
I always learned women are not obligated.
Although I prefer to light my own menorah, most women in my community do not. Only the head of household usually lights. In my home, we each light our own. Also, if the menorah must be made of small flames, not torches, how do you explain the giant public Menorah lightings? A menorah can be made for any size candles, I always thought, just so long as they are equidistant apart and all on the same level. As for the question re how high off the ground should a menorah be placed, well.....with the image of the public Menorah, I do believe that was a trick question ! Reply

There is a sufganiyot bakery is Jerusalem where there are many different flavors, jams, creams, sauces inside. Right on the LRT line with a stop in front of the store. Reply

While I knew the history of Chanukah, the quiz was most meaningful because it taught me the in-depth spiritual aspects of the menorah in the temple [HaShem's oneness, creation, light, darkness, wisdom, knowledge, etc.].
