Positive Commandment 26 (Digest)
The Priestly Blessing
"Thus you shall bless the Children of Israel..."—Numbers 6:23.
The Kohanim, the priestly descendants of Aaron, are commanded to bless the Children of Israel every day.
The 26th mitzvah is that the kohanim are commanded to bless the Jewish people daily.
The source of this commandment is G‑d's statement (exalted be He), "Thus shall you bless the children of Israel; say to them..."
The details of this mitzvah have been explained in the last chapters of tractates Megillah and Ta'anis, and in the 7th chapter of tractate Sotah.

Positive Commandment 12 (Digest)
The Head Tefillin
"And they shall be for symbols between your eyes"—Deuteronomy 6:8.
Men are obligated to don tefillin on their heads.
The 12th mitzvah is that we are commanded in the actions involving the tefillin worn on the head.
The source of this commandment is G‑d's statement (exalted be He), "And they shall be for totafos between your eyes."
This mitzvah is repeated in the Torah four times.
