Positive Commandment 108 (Digest)
The Purifying Waters of the Red Heifer

We are commanded regarding the laws of the Mei Nidah [the waters in which the ashes of the Red Heifer have been mixed]; the conditions under which they purify [one who is ritually impure as a result of contact with a corpse] and the conditions under which they cause ritual impurity [to the one who handles them].

Translation of (the unabridged text of) Sefer Hamitzvot by Rabbi Berel Bell, member of the Rabbinical Court of Montreal and director of Teacher Training for the Jewish Learning Institute.

From "Sefer Hamitzvot in English," published by Sichos in English.
Daily Quote
The times that most profoundly affects the course of a person's soul are the times he struggles with and battling his persecutors and oppressors to uphold and strengthen his faith...   –Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak of Lubavitch (1880-1950), writing about his imprisonment by the Soviets in 1927
