Israel is referred to as a “land of milk and honey” multiple times in the Torah. See the milk jugs on the right and the date palms on the left—the honey Israel is known to refer to date honey. The abundance of all good things comes from natural rivers and wellsprings, as well as water desalinization for which modern Israel is famous.
