Mordecai Colodner grew up in Brooklyn and graduated from Parsons School of Design in 1957. After working as a graphic designer in New York, Colodner moved to Tucson in 2005 where he developed an extensive series of works on themes from the Torah. He calls the collection “Visual Midrash” and it has been exhibited several times.
