Yasha Knecht was born in Switzerland and lived in Paris for 15 years. He studied art but is mostly self-taught. He is also autodidact in Judaism. Knecht worked in 3D animation, web design, Flash and Photoshop. He composes his paintings on Photoshop and paints them with oil on canvas.
