Creative works exploring life and Judaism composed by a spectrum of Jewish artists.
"The primary talent of an artist is his ability to step away from the externalities of the thing and, disregarding its outer form, gaze into its innerness and perceive its essence, and to be able to convey this in his painting. This is how an artist can serve his Creator." — The Rebbe
Shoshana Centner was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she began drawing at an early age, studying art at various schools and colleges. As a teenager, Shoshana became Torah observant and attended a seminary in Jerusalem. At that time she began changing her artwork to reflect the Torah lifestyle she was living. Over the years her work has become more colorful and joyful, and her style more abstract and child-like.
