How to React to a Relative Dating a Non-Jew

In my second audience with the Rebbe, of righteous memory, on January 30th, 1969, I mentioned that a relative of mine was dating a non-Jew.

The Rebbe responded, “Where there is such a relationship, the most important thing is not to hurt another person. In these cases, there is no use preaching or talking. One must offer a practical alternative.

“A suitable match should be found in London amongst your friends or friends of your family. Once found, the match should be suggested to him, thus ending the relationship with the non-Jewish girl.”
