Torment of Misgiving

The torment of misgiving
And its subsequent fate
Reaches me deep inside
And remains disconsolate.

Like a stain spreading
Beyond borders so distinct,
And the blur it creates
Reflects thoughts so kinked.

Each glass panel
Does a story tell
Of panes and pain -
Oh let us not dwell.

A solid, solitary act
Perchance would redeem
A life awash with trials
Caught in a steady stream.

Of confetti drops
Kissed by morning sun.
Like a jewelled message -
The choshen of the chosen.

A dew of promise
Adieu to fate.
See Divine Providence
In a broken plate.

To Me you are betrothed Forever.
No stain can separate us.
Let it rain blessings.
Let Him reign Forever.
